Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealVeto ("the Service"), operated by Skor Technologies Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.Description of Service

DealVeto is a pre-investment-committee deal screening platform for real estate developers and acquisition professionals. The Service provides directional analysis of construction costs, site feasibility, and investment metrics. DealVeto outputs are conceptual estimates — not GMPs, bids, appraisals, engineering reports, or final investment advice.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a licensed or accredited real estate professional, or acting under the supervision of one, to use the Service. By using DealVeto, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4.Pilot Access

During the Early Access / Pilot period, access is by invitation only. Invite codes are non-transferable. Sharing your invite code or credentials with unauthorized parties may result in immediate account termination.

5.User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful professional purposes
• Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or data
• Not use DealVeto outputs as the sole basis for investment decisions without independent professional verification
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

6.Intellectual Property

All content, models, algorithms, data, and software comprising DealVeto are the exclusive property of Skor Technologies Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." DEALVETO OUTPUTS ARE DIRECTIONAL ESTIMATES ONLY. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF COST ESTIMATES. ALWAYS VERIFY WITH LICENSED PROFESSIONALS BEFORE MAKING INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

8.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKOR TECHNOLOGIES INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DEALVETO OUTPUTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9.Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We process your deal data to provide the Service and improve our models. We do not sell your data to third parties.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or at our discretion during the pilot period. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Deal data may be retained for up to 90 days before deletion.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

12.Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
