FAQ

Common questions

Can I start with a pilot?

Yes. A 90-day paid pilot runs $10,000–$15,000, credited toward your first annual plan if you convert. Includes three live deals, cost-basis calibration, onboarding, and weekly working sessions.

Why is there one offer?

DealVeto is validating one repeatable multifamily workflow before introducing the Screen, Decide, and Govern packages. Pilot billing is handled manually.

Do prices include custom cost data?

The pilot includes calibration to the customer-provided project history placed in scope. Third-party licensed datasets or custom integrations are separate.

Does DealVeto replace final estimating or GMP?

No. DealVeto supports conceptual screening, cost-basis review, and decision workflows. It is not a final estimate, GMP, or subcontractor bid tab.

Are the Screen, Decide, and Govern tiers available now?

Not yet. They are the intended post-pilot capability architecture, not currently enforced subscriptions. Exact entitlements and annual pricing will follow pilot validation.
